As we all navigate the changes in our world and find comfort in our discomforts, join  Sepideh Yeoh and the GIFT group for their Virtual Summer Social hour, Tuesday, August 18 at 5:30 PM Pacific Time, have your favorite beverage ready and share something positive and successful practice that is helping you make peace with the changes in your life.  GIFT (Gaining Insight for Transition) for Women is a group sponsored by the Conejo Valley Chamber of Commerce. Its purpose is to create and support a thriving network for women in transitional stages and empower them to connect with their passions, dreams, and skills through access to a guest lecture series, employment, and volunteer opportunities, and monthly meetings that encourage personal and professional growth. GIFT attendees will have an opportunity to mingle and discuss topics such as women contemplating a career change, mothers considering returning to work, and empty-nesters searching for their next step. 07/17/2020 - The "Virtual" Breakfast

The Greater Conejo Valley Chamber of Commerce staff invites you to join us for this "Virtual" Networking Breakfast!

Your Chamber wants to hear about you and your business and we also want to have some fun. Grab your coffee and get ready for some breakout room networking at the top of the meeting! Attendees will be randomly placed into breakout rooms for fifteen minutes (9:05-9:20) to get to know each other and talk business.

As an attendee, you will also get 20 seconds to talk about your business and we will let you know when you are on deck to speak.

There will be a prize for the best 20-second intro and the best Zoom background!

You are welcome to bring a guest to this event! This networking opportunity is open to all members and non-members. There is NO cost to participate.

What makes the Conejo Valley special, unique or interesting?

I like to call Thousand Oaks "the biggest little town in the country." Even though its size is well over 100,000 residents, it still has a small town feel. You are liable to see someone you know every time you go out. I also like the fact that it has protected itself from the blight that has ruined so many other communities in Southern California by restricting things such as billboards, building structure and height, paid parking lots, and corner strip malls.
