We all reflect on our blessings at this time of year. Sometimes it’s easy to come up with a long list of great people, joyful celebrations, lucky breaks, and wild successes to be thankful for, but we know that for a lot of people, the 2020 list is a bit of a stumper. We are thankful for our families, our friends, our colleagues, our clients, and our Synergy family. We’re also thankful for our health, and the love our friends and families show us by putting our health and safety first during the holidays this year.
It will be difficult to abandon some traditions that have been part of our celebrations for many years, but we’re all trying to do our part to make the coming season as safe as we can, knowing that we may bring those favorite traditions back next year. And maybe we’ll land upon a new tradition, whether it’s a recipe we finally had time to try, or a silly parlor game we played with our family over Zoom. Who knows what we’ll be thankful for next year?
If you’re trying new things this year to safely celebrate with your friends and family, we want to hear about it! Tell us what you’re looking forward to, what traditions you tweaked for a virtual gathering, what solutions worked for you, and what failed tremendously (assuming you’re ready to laugh about it). Tag @SynergyConejo in your social media posts to share your Thanksgiving stories. We’re all in this together, which means we can celebrate and commiserate together too. And that’s something to be thankful for!
